Bergila Relax Tour Our tour starts in the picturesque village of Reischach and first leads us towards St. Georgen and through the gentle landscapes of the Puster Valley. We ride along quiet paths through meadows and small villages before reaching Pfalzen, where we enjoy the sunny plateau scenery. A special highlight of the tour is a visit to the Bergila Gardens in Issing. Here we dive into the world of medicinal plants and alpine natural products. At the traditional pine oil distillery, we learn about the production of essential oils from local plants. Afterwards, a soothing foot bath with natural essences invites us to relax and enjoy the moment. Refreshed, we continue our ride and return via Stefansdorf back to Reischach. This varied route combines nature experiences, regional craftsmanship, and true moments of enjoyment in the heart of South Tyrol. Have you ever tasted real farmers’ butter on freshly baked South Tyrolean bread with a stunning mountain view? This hike starts at the Olang 1+2 mid-station at 2,000 m and leads you along a well-marked trail with several stops to a traditional wood-fired oven. The hike is not guided, but the route is clearly signposted. Along the circular trail, you’ll also discover how butter and bread were made in the old days – a delicious journey into South Tyrolean tradition and alpine nature!

Starting from Reischach, we embark on a leisurely cycling journey towards Bruneck, tracing the cycle path that leads into the breathtaking Tauferer-Ahrntal valley. Following the course of the Ahr River, we meander through charming villages and lush meadows, swiftly arriving at our destination—the renowned Reinbach waterfalls, a captivating natural marvel. A brief hike allows you to marvel at the majestic waterfalls and immerse yourself in the scenic splendor of the surroundings.Before heading back, a must-not-miss stop is at the venerable goat farm cheese dairy known as "Goasroscht," offering a perfect opportunity for a short rest. The return journey retraces the same path, allowing you to revisit and savor the sights you've already encountered. Together with our master baker Hans, you will discover the traditional process of making typical rye bread. You will watch Hans prepare the dough, which will then be left to rest and rise. After a short break, the experience continues: the rye bread will be baked in a real bread oven, giving you an authentic insight into how simple ingredients become a true piece of South Tyrolean bread tradition.
